yes........but... it would be hard to lift the hair color. it's like u stained ur hair with black and now ur decolorizing it. if ur gonna bleach ur hair, ull end up with an orange color, but u can always bleach it 2nd time... the thing is you dont wanna over bleach to avoid breakage. u can use some methods to wash away the dye that u just put in.. hair powder bleach and mix it with water... then pour it on your hair like a shampoo and leave for ten minutes... the smell is really strong and u might want somebody to do that on your hair... then after that you could highlight it.
