It was L'Oreal. I used a highlighting cap. Followed directions completely. I even did my test strand. My hair is frosted tho not highlights. I know that I can't go straight from blonde to dark brown in one step. But since there is natural hair color involved too, I don't know what I should do to fix the problem. Thanks!I have dark hair. Please, please see a professional colorist at your local hair salon. You need to have a consultation to make sure you haven't done any serious damage to your hair. Once you know what has been done, maybe the professional can guide you as to what to do to get the color you desire.

if you dont like the blonde maybe think about dying your hair dark again and if you want highlights they sell homekits with dye and highlight together very nateraul
