I want to get my hair dyed or get highlights and i want to get a different haircut help?

i have dirty blonde hair and its super thick, its about an inch and a half below my colarbone and i have layers and side bangs. i dont know what style i should get. I'm a ballet dancer so i need to get it in a ponytail. keep in mind i have pretty wavy hair and lk its soooooooooooooooooooo thickI want to get my hair dyed or get highlights and i want to get a different haircut help?
I'm a ballerina too and I don't know about the studio you go to but the studio I go to doesn't allow us to dye our hair so I think if I was you I would just get a haircut. Not a major one. I made that mistake and now it's really hard for me to get it into a bun. Just get the dead ends cut off and maybe a little more than that.

Dyed hair gets thicker. It swells the shaft so maybe only highlights.
I think the hairstyle you have sounds pretty good. Def. keep the layers. Have you ever asked your hair stylist to ';thin'; your hair? They have a special tool that they use that they go through all your hair it it really does thin it without changing your hair's length. I have VERY thick hair too and I have the ';thinning'; done every 3 months and it's awesome.

What you should do is dye it a dark brown. It dosnt matter what your skin color is it will still look really good. Since you are a blondy it will look really pretty when you make that trasformation.


You should cut it up to your shoulders that about a good height for a ponytail. It could probably go shorter but short ponytails are ugly.


For your bangs you should just trim a little but keep it a sidesweep cause those are pretty!

It's good that you have layers. I think you should get heavy layers so that your hair kind of thins out on the bottom but still has volume.
