Black hair with highlights?

i have natural black hair but i put highlights in it a while back. so i dyed it back black. now i want highlights again, and i was wondering if i could color through the black.i want to blonde or silver highlights.Black hair with highlights?
I would be afraid since you dyed it, it might turn a funny color while trying to add the blonde. I am not sure about the silver though...Black hair with highlights?
If you want blon or silver highlights - you should go to a good hairdresser - this is a specialists job.





Red or blue highlights are manageble by amateurs not highlights with such a big contrast.
you may have to go to a salon and have them use ';lightener'; on it.
i say blond is is the best
I'd say get blonde highlights, it would really bring out your beautiful face.


Or you can dye your hair brown, just for a nice change.
Because you recolored your hair black, the only way to have highlights is to use bleach. Color doesn't lift color, if that makes sense to you. Make an appointment with a salon or even a beauty school to get highlights, but if you do it yourself, just be careful. Happy highlighting!
